DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

The CEMBA/MPA Programmes in AIOU will be administered by the Department of Business Administration. This department was established in 1984 with the objective to impart managerial education. Presently the department is offering BBA and MBA programmes. In view of the market demand and overwhelming requests by the students, the department has decided to launch the Commonwealth Executive MBA/MPA Programmes with effect from Spring 2003. This Programme would contribute significantly towards the national goal of development of expertise in the field of Business and Public Administration in Pakistan. The marking and grading system has been brought on par with other leading business programmes in Pakistan. Our graduates are rated high in the human resource market of the country. We can claim that most of our graduates are enjoying a respectable status in public and private sector organizations.
The department is dedicated to conceiving, developing, offering and revising the curriculum to meet the requirements of the futuristic management and changing business world.
